HomeNexum Account and Portal Privacy
Effective September 15, 2026
This notice explains how HomeNexum uses information through its website inquiries, accounts, and client and vendor portals.
Information we receive - Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, phone number, and inquiry. - Account details, including your name, email address, verification status, and sign-in provider. Email-and-password accounts store a password hash rather than the readable password. - When you choose Google sign-in, your Google account identifier, name, and email address, including the email-verification information provided by Google. The sign-in system does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. - Portal information you or your organization provide, including property and organization details, assignments, documents, expenses, reimbursement records, and activity history. - Session and security information, such as session identifiers, sign-in times, IP address, browser information, and records used to limit repeated requests.
How we use information We use this information to create and verify accounts, sign users in, reset passwords, assign and enforce workspace access, operate property workflows, respond to inquiries, and help protect the service from misuse. Google account information is used to identify and authenticate your account and administer your access.
Choosing a client or vendor portal does not grant access to property records. HomeNexum assigns workspace permissions separately.
Service providers and workspace sharing The website, database, and uploaded files are processed through HomeNexum’s hosting and storage providers, including OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Resend processes recipient details and message content to deliver account verification and password-reset emails and website intake submissions. When you submit an intake form, your contact details, organization, market and service needs are emailed to info@homenexum.com so HomeNexum can respond.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
HomeNexum administrators can manage workspace records and permissions. Client reviewers and vendor users can see records permitted by their assigned role, property assignments, and organization. Your organization may retain copies of information it is authorized to access.
Cookies and account security The account system uses cookies needed for sign-in, sign-out, and secure sessions. Passwords are hashed, and sign-in provider tokens are encrypted in storage. Use sign-out when you finish on a shared device.
Retention and your requests Account and portal information is retained to operate the service and support property work and related records. Signing out does not delete your account or workspace records.
Contact info@homenexum.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention. HomeNexum will review requests in light of account ownership, organizational permissions, and applicable recordkeeping needs.
